Delhi operations of TATA Power has built a strong culture of learning, which focusses on competency building of its employees with its dedicated training Institute. The Centre for Power Efficiency in Distribution (CENPEID) Institute is accredited by Power Finance Corporation and Ministry of Power for conducting programs to augment the Power Distribution sector. It boasts of state-of-the-art training rooms, hostel facilities and two large auditoriums.
A second training center was established as Distribution Operations and Safety Excellence Centre (DOSEC) at Delhi, which emphasizes safety and training as per CEA Regulations. This Institute is accredited by the Central Electricity Authority (CEA) / Ministry of Power, Government of India.
